UEMEXCyT2 publishes a Newsletter

The UMEXCyT2 Newsletter contains valid and current information to all recipients of it and they can get an idea of the purpose of UEMEXCYT2, which tries to bring Mexican institutions and the European Union to develop, together,
whether multilateralinitiatives, such through FP7, or bilaterally, with all those EU countries with which Mexico has
a special relationship or tryingto develop in the foreseeable future, based on mutual benefit.

It is important to highlight that the Agreement for Science and Technological Cooperation between Mexico and the European Union ended its 5 years period in this year 2010; in this sense, as a result of the current and potential  collaboration between Mexico and the EU, the authorities from both sides agreed in the last Joint Steering Committee (Brussels, September 23^rd 2010) its renewable for a next period of 5years.
