EU-LAC Workshop and Political Dialogue on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) (WP3)

The workshop will include parallel working group sessions in order to identify possible pilot activities to be developed among European and Latin American partners as well as ideas on funding schemes for these activities in the following sub areas: ICT for Social Inclusion, ICT for Health, Living Labs and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Additionally, a political dialogue on ICT between the European Union and Chile and a working group session on the Chilean Technology Platform in Future Internet (MACHI) will take place during the event. There will also be presentations on the European and Latin American cooperation in ICT, the state of the art and best practices of both regions in ICT policies and presentations on successful FP7 ICT projects.
