Country report focusing on Mexico

It aims at presenting a national research system analysis. After a brief review of its organization and the resulting ways in which Mexico operates, the report details and analyzes the national priorities.It finally concludes on a study of the different instruments deployed for bilateral S&T cooperation. Thus is helpful both for detecting common elements in each member-State’s policies for cooperation with the Latin American partner and for identifying good practice in this field.

BENCHMARKING OF THE EUROPEAN CO-OPERATION IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY WITH LATIN AMERICA

This report is a benchmarking of the S&T cooperation between the EU MS involved in EULANEST (France, Germany, Norway, Portugal, and Spain) and Latin America. It presents several programs and tries to highlight their strategic orientation (capacity development, pure scientific cooperation, innovation...). This report is a basis for the identification of future joint funding actions (ei: the EULANEST joint call has been built up on its results).
